Life as an Artist

Siva Pooja Ramachandran is a captivating performer, host and organizer who has won the hearts of team members and audiences. After studying Bharathanatyam, a South Indian Classical art form for over a decade from Smt. Karuna Sagari, Director of Bhatki Natya Niketan (BNN) at Coimbatore, India, she has worked tirelessly in different fields that surround a performance to develop a unique skill set that includes emceeing, organizing and scheduling various events. With the constant guidance of her Guru- Smt. Karuna Sagari, she was able to understand the nuances that work together to put up individual performances and group productions such as "Noyyal", "Thunnal", "Kambaramayanam" and several annual events. During her path of pursuing her Bachelor's at PSG Institute of Advanced Studies (PSG IAS) at Coimbatore, she served as the Secretary for the academic year 2018-19 and helped put up several events during the period - which also includes the grand event "Nebula" with over thousands of viewers and hundreds of volunteers and participants. While completing the final year of her undergraduate at University of Hartford, Connecticut, Siva Pooja celebrated events such as International Students Festival, Asian Students Association Festival and Diwali celebrations by performing.She has been fortunate to work with innovative performers in the field and is constantly on the search for new and exciting opportunities.
